All En Crafts LLC operates under multiple brand names, including but not limited to All*En Crafts™, Rock & Gnome Greetings™, and related author imprints. All transactions are with All En Crafts LLC.

1. Products & Handcrafted Nature
All products are handcrafted or produced in small batches. Natural materials (including wood) vary in color, grain, and appearance. Variations are expected and are not considered defects.

Product photos are representative; the item you receive may differ slightly while remaining true to the design and function.

2. Custom Orders
Custom orders are created to your specifications and require approval before production begins.

Custom orders may require a deposit or full payment before work starts.

Once production has begun, custom orders cannot be canceled or refunded.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but may vary due to material availability or workload.

3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. Payment is due at the time of order.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by such errors with a full refund.

4. Shipping & Pickup
Shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout or communicated at the time of order.

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for carrier delays once an item has shipped.

Local pickup may be available by arrangement.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because many items are handcrafted or custom:
Custom items are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.

Non‑custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If an item arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.

6. Wood Care & Product Use
Wood products are intended for normal household use only.

Follow care instructions provided.

Do not expose wood items to prolonged moisture, heat, or dishwashers unless explicitly stated.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care guidelines.

7. Books & Printed Materials
Books and printed materials are sold as‑is. Minor printing variations may occur between print runs.

Returns for books are handled according to the return policy above unless otherwise stated.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, designs, and artwork, is the property of All En Crafts LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability
