Lexie Allen is a co-founder of All En Crafts LLC and the steady hand behind much of its direction and organization. When she’s not designing, gluing, sanding, or helping bring new ideas to life in the shop, Lexie works full-time as a cook at an elementary school — a role that reflects the same care, patience, and practicality she brings to the business.
Before All En Crafts, Lexie wore many hats, including server, assistant manager at a convenience store, and (until recently) co-host of local bingo and trivia nights. She attended Iowa State University and is a graduate of Webster City, Iowa. As the only girl among three brothers, she learned early how to hold her ground — a skill that serves her well both in business and life. Lexie and James were married in 2010.
Within All En Crafts, Lexie is the navigator. James may drive the bus, but Lexie keeps an eye on the map — tracking applications, managing scheduling, monitoring where the business has been and where it’s headed next, and making sure nothing important gets missed along the way. Her mix of creativity, organization, and calm perspective helps keep the work focused, intentional, and moving in the right direction.
