We love working with customers to create custom, made-to-order pieces. If you have an idea, a size request, or a personalization in mind, we’re happy to talk it through and see what’s possible.
Whether you’re starting with a clear vision or just a rough concept, the process begins with a conversation. We’ll discuss your goals, intended use, materials, and any practical considerations, then let you know what options make the most sense. Our goal is to help you arrive at a finished piece that feels thoughtful, functional, and uniquely yours.
If you’re not sure how to describe what you’re looking for, that’s okay too — photos, sketches, or simple explanations are always welcome.
Design Guidelines & Project Policies
That said, it’s important to set clear expectations before moving forward:
- We do not accept requests that include licensed, copyrighted, or trademarked logos, characters, or brand names.
- This includes (but isn’t limited to) sports teams, corporate logos, movie or TV characters, band logos, and other protected designs.
- If you’re unsure whether something qualifies, just ask—we’re always glad to help you find a creative, original alternative that captures the spirit of what you’re looking for without crossing legal lines.
- Custom work is quoted individually, requires a non-refundable deposit before work begins, and turnaround times vary based on scope and current workload.
- If a project isn’t a good fit for our shop or skill set, we’ll be upfront about that early in the conversation so no one’s time or expectations are wasted.
